OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means we manufacture frames based on your designs and specifications. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means we develop the design for you based on your brief, trends, and target market. We offer both services.

Yes. Send us your sketches, CAD files, or reference images and we will produce technical drawings, prototypes, and production samples. Our in-house design and engineering team handles the full development process.

Acetate and metal frames need no mold, so there is no tooling cost. Injection and TR90 frames need a mold; at our standard injection MOQ (3,000 pieces per model), the mold cost is covered by the factory. For smaller injection runs we quote tooling separately, so you know the upfront investment before committing.

From concept to production-ready prototype, the typical timeline is 4 to 8 weeks depending on frame complexity and material. Simple injection frames are faster; combination frames with multiple materials take longer.

MOQ is set per model and per color, and depends on material: acetate 300 pieces per model (100 per color), metal 600 pieces per model (200 per color), and injection or TR90 3,000 pieces per model (600 per color). Acetate and metal frames need no mold. Ready-stock Rx safety frames are available from 50 pieces. For new brands we recommend starting in acetate. Contact us for specific requirements based on your project.

Standard production lead time is approximately 75 to 90 days from order confirmation, depending on material (acetate around 75 days, metal around 90 days). New tooling and safety programs are quoted per project. Timeline may vary depending on order complexity and current schedule.

We manufacture frames in acetate, metal (stainless steel and titanium), injection-molded materials (TR90, propionate, grilamid), and combination constructions. We also offer a range of lens options including polarized, photochromic, and blue-light filtering.

Our products carry CE marking for the European market, meet ANSI Z87.1 standards for safety eyewear, and comply with ISO 16321. Our facility is FDA registered and ISO 9001 certified.

Yes. We test all frames for impact resistance, optical quality, and material safety according to the requirements of the destination market. Our in-house testing covers drop ball, UV transmittance, and dimensional accuracy.

We ship worldwide. Our primary markets are Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. We work with major freight forwarders and can ship via sea, air, or express courier depending on your timeline and budget.

We offer FOB (Xiamen/Shenzhen) and CIF terms. DDP arrangements can be discussed for established accounts. Packaging and shipping specifications are confirmed during order placement.
