Independent eyewear brands in Europe, the US, and China need their designs to stay theirs. No other client should ever see their patterns or tooling, and nothing they ship should come off a line that also ships a competitor.

One client, one set of tooling, one set of patterns, kept separate. Briefs taken from 2D or 3D drawings through prototyping and a pilot run before full production. Custom temple markings, packaging, and labeling as needed.

Designs stay the brand's own. Second and third seasons run faster because the tooling and spec are already dialed in.

CHALLENGE

A leading European safety-eyewear brand runs large industrial and sport programs. Every SKU has to clear ANSI Z87.1, EN 166, and ISO 16321, and hold tolerance under impact load where the lens has to stay in the frame.

DELIVERED

Injection and hybrid (plastic front, metal temple) construction with impact-rated polycarbonate lenses. Raw-material and finished-product testing done in-house against ANSI Z87.1, EN 166, ISO 16321, and 21 CFR 801.410. CE and FDA paperwork delivered with the shipment.

OUTCOME

Running in their industrial and sport lines. Documentation stands up in contract bids; field returns stay low because every unit gets inspected.
