OEM and ODM Scope
Suncute Industries supports both Original Equipment Manufacturing, producing eyewear based on client-provided designs and specifications, and Original Design Manufacturing, where products are developed from concept through design, engineering, and production. With over four decades of experience serving global brands, retailers, and distributors, we manufacture sunglasses, optical frames, functional eyewear, and safety frames for commercial-scale distribution.
In-House Development and Manufacturing
Our operations are built on a fully integrated, in-house manufacturing and development system. We support injection, metal, acetate, and hybrid constructions, allowing flexibility across design, performance, and cost requirements. Our internal teams include eyewear designers, professional 2D and 3D drafting specialists, and dedicated material and product development departments. This structure ensures that client designs or concepts are converted into production-ready technical specifications with manufacturability, compliance, and cost efficiency addressed early in the development phase.
Quality Control and Production Assurance
Quality control is managed internally across materials, processes, and finished goods. Our factory operates in-house raw material and finished product testing facilities to maintain consistent standards throughout development and production. All finished goods are fully inspected prior to shipment to minimize quality issues and ensure alignment with approved specifications. Supported by our Triple-Guard Quality approach and fully integrated in-house manufacturing, we provide purchasers with stable quality, controlled costs, predictable lead times, and reliable long-term supply.
